Job Description：

1. Working with portfolio managers to develop and improve quantitative strategies by analyzing large financial datasets and performing time series analysis

2. Working with portfolio managers to turn quantitative trading models into production; and providing research/analytical assistance to facilitate more efficient process in investment and/or trading

3. Developing and optimizing trading system to improve direct market access and order management

4. Building applications to streamline trade allocation, internal/external booking/give-ups, and position reconciliation

Qualified candidates will have:

1. A degree in data science, math, stats, cs or similar subjects from a top tier institution and with outstanding academic records

2. Knowledge in statistical analysis and optimization

3. Good programming skill in at least one of the following programming language: python, matlab, R, C++/C#

4. Work Experiences: 0-2 years
