Job Description：
As the EQUITY portfolio manager, he/she will be managing a sector-focused, equity long/short portfolio, with main responsibilities including
- Undertaking research to identify alpha
- Determining exposures and position sizes to construct portfolio

- Monitoring portfolio risk to minimize drawdown

As the QUANTITATIVE portfolio manager, he/she will be managing a portfolio, with main responsibilities including
- Deploying quantitative strategies to manage a portfolio
- Monitoring and enhancing the strategies’ performance

- Developing new strategies

The portfolio manager is also encouraged to participate in various discussions and communications both inside and outside the firm
The Successful Applicant：
The EQUITY portfolio manager should have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity analysis
- Minimum of 3 recent years of equity research experience focusing on a single sector
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of portfolio analytic and portfolio risk management and related tools
- Experience in market neutral strategy is a big plus

- A proven track record is a plus

The QUANTITATIVE portfolio manager should have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative research
- Minimum of 1 year proven LIVE track record

- Excellent statistical modelling skills and understanding of the latest development of portfolio construction, optimization and execution and other relevant fields
